PACINO takes over « Chez Palmyre » the oldest restaurant of Saint-Tropez, established over 100 years ago by Palmiro Nonaccorsi a former docker of Italian descent.

“At Palmyre everybody danced with everybody regardless social status, the entire Saint-Tropez’s population would meet there. Real or fake stars, fishermen, locals, all in a friendly, warm and cheerful atmosphere”

Now the former dancing has become PACINO an italo-american address.

Located right in the heart of the old village of Saint-Tropez, 10 rue du Petit Bal, at a walking distance from LE TIGrr Hotel and the architects designed houses, PACINO exudes strong and particular atmosphere, chic, sophisticated, extremely trendy, yet timeless.

Whether one dines on the terrace sheltered by mulberry and century old plane trees, away from glances and noise, or in the vaulted dining room where Brigitte Bardot once danced frantically in the cult movie “Et Dieu créa la femme”, one feels being in an institution that has traveled through generations, and stuck to its values while forging for itself a character and respectability in accordance with its surname.

The menu, simple, yet refined, places great emphasis on the classic standards of Italian cuisine.

The bar is a subtle mix between a speakeasy atmosphere and a New-York 50‘s hotel bar.
